About this project
For this Project I wanted to create a Rally style body kit / overall styled image of a chosen car. To do this I originally wanted to create it in 3D space, but instead I decided to use the latest photoshop beta's generative fill to attempt to help out with some of the intricate details.
Inspiration
Chosen Car
The Volkswagen Scirocco is a three-door, front-engine, front-wheel-drive, sport compact hatchback manufactured and marketed by Volkswagen in two generations from 1974 to 1992 and a third generation from 2008 until 2017. Production ended without a successor. The Scirocco derives its name from the Mediterranean wind.
As I am trying to make a somewhat modern Rally style car I will be using the MK III Scirocco which I think could work quite well as a rally style hatchback.

Development
One of the staple features of a rally car is the wide arches, so I had to start by extending the scirocco's arches.
Some other key features I wanted to add to my rally scirocco were the bonnet (hood) vents and a roof scoop which can be seen in all of my inspiration images.
The Final important features I had to add to solidify the scirocco as a rally car was to add a big rally style wing as well as a exposed big intercooler, sporting my logo. And finally some slightly smaller wing mirrors which are probably a little too big for the likes of WRC.
